Do I need to be in the UAE to buy?
No. The entire process – reservation, SPA signing, and title deed – can be completed remotely. We arrange a notarised power of attorney so our legal team acts on your behalf in Dubai.
What is an off-plan property?

An off-plan property is purchased before or during construction at a price set by the developer. Buyers benefit from lower entry prices, flexible payment plans spread across the build period, and capital appreciation as the project nears completion.

Are off-plan properties a safe investment?
All off-plan payments in Dubai are held in a DLD-regulated escrow account and released to the developer only as construction milestones are verified by an independent engineer. This protects your capital if a developer defaults.
What payment plans are available?

Most Dubai developers offer 40/60, 50/50, or 60/40 payment plans. Typically 10–20% is required to reserve, with the remainder split across construction milestones and the balance on handover. No bank mortgage is required for off-plan payment plans.

What are the total buying costs?

Typical total transaction costs are 5–6%: a 4% DLD registration fee, approximately AED 4,000 in admin charges, and conveyancing costs. There is no annual property tax, no capital gains tax, and no inheritance tax in the UAE.
